Conditions of Sale

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on agrieid.co.nz.

Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for products sold by AgriEID. By placing an order on agrieid.co.nz you agree to be bound by these conditions.

  1. Acceptance of Contract: the following conditions outline the binding sale terms and conditions between the customer and AgriEID. The contract is activated when the customer places an order on the website and payment is processed. By processing payment, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: The agreement and any disputes arising from the sale of items through the e-commerce platform are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of New South Wales and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of these courts. 
  1. Product Description and Availability: Products are described accurately, but the company does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Products may become unavailable and the company reserves the right to discontinue their sale without notice.
  1. Price and Payment: Prices are stated on the product pages, exclusive of taxes. Payment must be made at the time of order including shipping and handling charges, if any. The company accepts specified payment methods.
  1. Shipping and Delivery: Products will be shipped to the customer's address and the company will make efforts to deliver within the estimated time, but cannot guarantee a specific date. The customer pays shipping and handling charges and the company is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. 
  1. Customs Duties and Charges : Buyer acknowledges that orders placed on agrieid.co.nz may incur customs duties, fees, and Goods and Services Tax (GST), imposed by New Zealand customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in the final purchase price on agrieid.co.nz. Non-payment of such charges may result in customs authorities retaining or returning the shipment. AgriEID disclaims any liability for orders withheld or returned due to non-payment of these charges. By accepting these terms, Buyer confirms awareness and acceptance of potential additional charges associated with orders placed on agrieid.co.nz.
  1. Returns and Refunds: Products can be returned for a refund or exchange in accordance with the company's policy. Products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and documentation. The customer pays for return shipping.
  1. Warranty: The company offers a warranty on products in accordance with its policy. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects, but not normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
  1. Limitation of Liability: The company's liability to the customer for this agreement and sale of products is limited to the product's price. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  1. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and the company, replacing any prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
  1. Product Usage: Products are intended for use as described in product guides and manuals. Any other use is at the user's risk and voids any warranty claims.
  1. No Liability for Incorrect Usage: The company is not liable for damages, losses, or expenses from incorrect product usage not described in the guides and manuals. The user acknowledges this and agrees to not hold the company liable.
  1. Responsibility for Compliance: The user is responsible for using products in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  1. Severability: If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the rest of the agreement remains valid.
  1. Amendments: This agreement may be amended by the company at any time, with notice to the customer.
  1. Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any losses, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the products.
