Absolutely. Online auction markets require accurate digital weights for livestock to complete a transaction. Selling direct to consumers online to increase profit margins will also require you to weigh the animals prior to dispatch to your local meat packer.

Many livestock medications need to be dosed according to the weight of the animal. By accurately weighing your sheep, you can ensure that you administer the correct doses, preventing wastage and ensuring the effectiveness of treatments.

Weighing can also help identify health issues early, track the performance of different breeds and feeding programs, and even assist in making breeding decisions. All these benefits contribute to the overall productivity and profitability of your farming operation.

AgriEID is the trusted choice of top farmers, offering exceptional accuracy, durability, and ease of use. The weighing system can withstand harsh farming conditions while providing you with reliable data to make informed management decisions.
