How to save and send large photos and videos
If your photos or videos are too big to attach or email, save them to a free cloud service and send us the link. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.
Small files? A few photos or a short clip can go with your support request. This guide is for anything bigger.

Pick the one that suits your phone or computer. All four are free.
From the Photos app
- Open Photos and select the photos or video.
- Tap the Share button, then Copy iCloud Link.
- Wait while the link is prepared, then paste it into your email to us.
Needs iCloud Photos switched on. The link works for 30 days.
From Google Photos
- Open Google Photos and select the photos or video.
- Tap Share, then Create link.
- Copy the link and paste it into your email to us.
Stay connected until the upload finishes. Google Photos works on an iPhone too.
Google Drive
- Go to drive.google.com, or open the Drive app, and sign in.
- Choose New, then File upload, pick your files and wait for the upload to finish.
- Open Share for the file and set General access to Anyone with the link, as Viewer.
- Copy the link.
Dropbox
- Go to dropbox.com, or open the Dropbox app, and sign up or log in.
- Choose Upload, pick your files and wait for the upload to finish.
- Choose Share next to the file, then Copy link. If it is shown, choose Create link first.
- Check the link is set to Anyone with the link, Can view.

Paste the link into an email to info@agrieid.com

Keep your video small
Keep it short
10 to 30 seconds that show the issue is usually enough.
Film in HD, not 4K
iPhone: Settings, Camera, Record Video, 1080p HD at 30 fps. Android: Camera settings, Video size, FHD 1080p.
Trim before you send
In Photos or Google Photos choose Edit, drag the ends of the clip in, then save.
Upload on Wi-Fi
Large files upload faster on Wi-Fi and do not use your mobile data.
